Welcome to my homepage!
Jack Hammer, here, is my faithful Construction Foreman,
and he wants you to put on your hard-hat while you browse because
this site is constantly under construction
(improvements are constantly being made).
The "Vacation Pictures" section, in particular,
always gets lots of attention even if only sporadically,
followed closely by the "Political Opinions" area.

I've put about 300K of my favorite REXX mainframe code
out there
where it can be easily stolen,
(Never write code you can steal)
and now there's a second collection of odds and ends at
my secret stash.
In addition, there's a blog out there
(mostly stabilized now) devoted to REXX tips and tricks
at REXXpertise.blogspot.com
plus a smattering of ISPF-related material.

I have just recently (Summer 2020) put my four-volume opus,
The Farside Chronicles,
out as Kindle ebooks.
You don't have to have an actual Kindle to read Kindle versions; you can get an app
for your PC, tablet, or phone.
If you would like to support my story-telling efforts, you can do so at
my Amazon author page.

A recent question from StoryWorth about tracing my ancestry made me revisit the Fallon side of
my family history.
The only documentation I have for that are two pages that were handed out at a Fallon reunion
in Pennsylvania some years back, so I re-crafted them as HTML and they look pretty good
and they're searchable! I have also done Norene's (Lydon) family tree the
same way, and the Clarke family tree, too.
For anyone interested in those StoryWorth recollections of my past, the formatted
interior of the final output is
here.
