Thanks to FaceBook, long lost friends can keep in touch with each other.  While we were on our four-day pre-cruise prowl of Paris, Jessica notified us that Lisa Zinn's daughter, Melissa, Jessica's childhood friend, also happened to be in Paris with her husband and three daughters: Vendela, Isabella, and Evelina.

We met at the cafe Le Champ de Mars steps away from the Eiffel Tower, brought each other up to speed on recent family events, shared a few glasses of wine, and finally wandered over to where we could all watch the Eiffel Tower twinkle...

...something it does every night for about ten minutes each hour, 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm.
