Le Bal du Moulin Rouge has been providing Vegas-style entertainment for at least a hundred years before nightclubs existed in Las Vegas.  Topless dancers, feathered headdresses, glittery costumes, acrobats, ventriloquists, jugglers, and champagne.

Lots of champagne.  Mumm's has the concession and they pour several thousand liters (I'm guessing) each night.
