There is no love lost between Czechs (or Slovaks) and the old, now thankfully defunct, Soviet Union.  During the 45 years of Soviet occupation, cities and towns throughout Eastern Europe deteriorated constantly, some to ruination.  Prague fared better than most places, but that hasn't mellowed the Czech attitude toward their former occupiers, as this poster so eloquently shows.

One of my more observant friends pointed out that having a "Museum of Communism" next to a casino must have been deliberate.
