Leave your inhibitions home when you go to the Refuge des Fondus.  The City of Paris levies a tax on wine-by-the-glass and the entrepreneurs here avoid the tax by serving their wine in baby bottles (biberons). 

At this point dinner is finished so we're several biberons into the evening.  Everyone is in a party mood, including the half-dozen-or-so American teenagers seated further down the row.
