What a surprise!  When we were in Paris in 2001, we found the train stations to be uniformly grungy in the center of Paris, but not this time.  Either we were viewing a local aberration or things have changed drastically in just 4 years. 

One thing that hasn't changed is the tendency for some of the billboards to run to the risqué.
