Mt Fløyen

Bergen sits on a shelf of land seaward of a substantial line of mountains.  Atop Mt Fløyen is a restaurant, a park, and an observation area. While you can drive to the top (or walk, if you're into that sort of punishment) most tourists opt for the Fløibanen, a funicular railway.

From the top, 320m, you have a panoramic view of the entire city and you can see nearly the entire U-shaped harbor stretching from lower-left to upper-right.  In the lower left, see three red-roofed buildings jutting into the harbor; one of them has a white face.  That is Baker Brun, and the tents of the Fisketorget would be visible just to the left if it were market day.
