"05", we are told, is a cryptic notation (akin to the early Christian "fish") to let others know that the Austrian Resistance (to the Nazis) meets here.  Austria's name in German is "Österreich".  O-umlaut is sometimes written "Oe" and this was represented by zero-five since "e" is the fifth letter of the alphabet.
