As we were strolling through the Festung Hohensalzburg we heard someone remark "Hey!  That's a great guidebook!"  obviously referring to the copy of Rick Steves' 'Germany, Austria, and Switzerland' Norene was carrying.  Yes, it was Rick Steves himself. 

Everyone asks us "Did you get him to autograph the book?"  The answer is 'No'.  We were too surprised to do more than get this picture.
