I have no idea what this says -- my German isn't anywhere near that good -- but I hope to have a translation soon and will add it here when I get it.  This sort of stuff is all over Salzburg -- the city is plastered (no pun intended) with similar murals, some of gigantic proportions. 

The location is just west of Mozart's Geburtshaus along Getreidegasse.
