This is the view from the parapet near our hotel.  To see the view from our room, click here.  The green-shuttered building and the houses to the left are more residences for the locals (of which there appear to be quite a few).  I heard someone say that you can't live here unless you also work here, but I don't know that that's a fact.  It is a nice place to visit, and it's probably also a pretty nice place to live once you get your legs in shape.  Like the mademoiselle at the top of Notre Dame, most of the locals look pretty healthy.
